How They Met
Corin and Nate’s love story began with a swipe! What started as a playful suggestion from Corin’s college friends to try Tinder as a joke turned into something beautiful. Just two weeks after downloading the app, Corin and Nate matched, sparking a connection that would flourish despite the challenges of long-distance during college. Their relationship grew across cities—from Sioux City to Galva to Manning—and ultimately led to a surprise proposal this August in Minnesota, a place that holds treasured memories for Corin’s family.
A Strong Family Bond
One of my favorite stories from their questionnaire highlights the relationship between Nate and Corin’s dad. In a heartwarming twist, Nate and Corin’s dad often end up talking more than she does with either of them! Whether it's a call that suddenly ends because "Dad called" or Nate and Dad filling each other in on the day's happenings, it’s clear that Nate has become an integral part of Corin’s family. This connection speaks volumes about the values they hold dear.
Life on the Farm
Corin and Nate share a love for agriculture, which has woven itself into their lives and relationship. Nate, a full-time agronomist who farms crops and raises a herd of Red Angus cattle, and Corin, a passionate second-grade teacher, love spending time working together on the farm. Corin even filled out this questionnaire from a grain cart while Nate loaded it up with corn—talk about dedication! It’s clear that their shared interests and the simple pleasures of farm life strengthen their bond.

Their images were filled with harvest fields, cozy neutral fall colors, and treasured memories. From their Bassett Hound pup, Penny, to their cat, Sulley sadly didn't make the pictures but wanted to mention because she's just as special. These two love spending time with their fur babies.

I’m thrilled that they’re as excited as I am about incorporating drone shots into their session. The plan is to capture different angles, including close-ups, hand and ring shots, and scenic aerials, creating a timeless blend of stills and video clips set to music.
