Lake Icaria showed up in true Iowa fashion… a little moody, a little unpredictable. It was raining.Not a full downpour, but enough to make you pause for a second and think…
should we still do this?And then deciding… yes. So we did. Soft light from the clouds. A little texture from the rain. Hair slightly undone in the best way. Nothing overly polished… but everything felt like them. And that’s always the goal.You don’t need perfect weather. You don’t need a long session. You don’t even need a big reason. Sometimes all it takes is showing up and embracing it as it is.
