Rylee's Senior Session
When she reached out wanting two senior session, I immediately smiled because I totally understood. I actually laughed and told her, "Girl... I get you 100%." When I was a senior, I had three different photographers because I was absolutely obsessed with my senior pictures. Senior year only happens once, and if you love documenting this season of life, why not fully embrace it?
This session was such a fun one because we got the best of both worlds. We started at Rylee's home, surrounded by the places that have shaped who she is. From there, we worked our way into the city, creating two completely different looks in one evening.
The variety gave her gallery so much personality, from laid-back country vibes to a more elevated, fashion-inspired feel. And if you know Rylee, that combination fits her perfectly.
She loves fashion, horses, shopping, traveling, anything a little boujee, spending time at the lake, and she's never afraid to have fun. Her playlists bounce from Tate McRae to Jason Aldean, with a little Big Boogie mixed in, proving she's not someone you can put into one box. Pink is her favorite color, pasta is her comfort food, and if she's reading, chances are it's a Colleen Hoover book.
One of my favorite answers from her questionnaire was her greatest accomplishment. She simply wrote: "Being a good human." Honestly... I don't think you can ask for a better accomplishment than that.
After graduation this December, Rylee plans to attend Oklahoma State University in Stillwater to pursue becoming a Physician Assistant. But still so up in the air about what the next move will be. And if there was one thing she made clear, it's that she plans to travel, travel, travel along the way.
When asked what advice she'd give underclassmen, her answer was simple: "Find your people."
I love that. Senior year isn't just about classes or graduation. It's about the friendships, the memories, and figuring out who you are before the next chapter begins.
Rylee, thank you for trusting me to document this season, not once, but twice. It was such a blast getting to create a gallery that feels uniquely you. From your home to downtown, every location helped tell another piece of your story. Congratulations on your senior year! I can't wait to see all the places life takes you next. Something tells me this is only the beginning.
